This workshop is for the yogi looking to invert and get upside down. Theres much more to inversions than upper body strength. Discover how to approach inversions with proper alignment and good technique.
Over 2 exhilarating hours – headstand, forearm stand, shoulder stand, and handstand will be deconstructed, alongside preparatory poses, modifications, and variations. This workshop is for those new to inversions, as well as those experienced in being upside down!
Beginners will learn how to enter inversions and experienced practitioners will deepen the possibilities of their practice.
