We will dive into pranayama, drishti, bandhas and yoga philosophy! And most importantly we will go over in detail the essential alignment for all the poses of Sun Salutation A and B. This means downdog, chataraunga, forward fold, Warrior 1 and more!
Everyone will receive individual attention, hands on adjustments and there will plenty of time for questions.
