We are so excited to welcome a new style of yoga to our schedule; Align.
This class offers a chance for both beginner and more advanced practitioners to learn correct alignment in key yoga poses, to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
Longer held poses will offer opportunity to deepen and refine our practice with simple flow sequences to connect with our breath and subtle energy.
Balancing a focussed practice with mindful action, should leave you feeling strong and grounded.
