“Sadhana is an intentional act designed to achieve a transformation of one’s inner state”. In this 2 hour practice we will be immersing in traditional practices of Yoga, to support you to turn inwards, explore your inner landscape, and bring some stillness to the mind.
– Mantra (chanting)
– Pranayama (breathwork)
– Asana (Physical Posture)
This is for anyone wanting to experience a traditional Yoga Sadhana (practice), all levels welcome! Amelia will be offering these practices once monthly, in the hope that as people become more familiar with this style of practice, they will be able to drop in more.
