Its back! Summer’s winding down and we have a 30 Day Challenge winding up – starting Monday 4 April.
Are you keen to see and feel the benefits of practicing daily for a month? If so then this 30 Day Challenge is for you!
The Challenge consists of coming to any class at the studio – one a day for the duration of the challenge. If you miss a day you can catch it up at another time, but the challenge is most enjoyable and has best results if you have the 30 days relatively free and would love to commit to something that will give you tangible benefits. It’s called a challenge for a reason – time, energy and discipline are just a few of the obstacles you may come across throughout the month but if you persevere they also happen to be the things that benefit the most!
Teachers and students support each other through the month and you will find an amazing sense of accomplishment once completed. 30 days of yoga can truly change your life! Are you up to the challenge?
The cost to complete is any membership (our monthly unlimited package or joining up to our direct debit programme is best). And everyone who joins the challenge will get a free introductory pass to give to a friend (you have to make it to Day 15 for this. Motivation! Always nice to have a friend join you for a class or two).
