Weekend workshop
During this 2 day workshop you will learn a mindfulness practice that is called ‘The Work of Byron Katie’. This practise is a practise of Inquiry – questioning the thoughts that are the cause of your stress and suffering.
Workshop Overview:
Self-Inquiry Sessions: Engage and experience the 4 Questions and Turnarounds of 'The Work', that challenge and change habitual thought patterns and limiting beliefs.
Thought Transformation Practice to take home: Experience
The Work in a number of different ways over the weekend, so that you are comfortable in going home to do The Work on your own.
Supportive Environment: Benefit from a safe, supportive
space where you can learn the practise of 'The Work', and
explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment - while being supported by Sheryn
