Practice with us this holiday period!

We will be open everyday except boxing day, the 1st & 2nd of January.

From Monday the 23rd of December, until Sunday the 12th of January, we will have a new and reduced schedule so be sure to check the timetable tab and please pre book classes when possible. If you can't pre book there is usually a few spaces so just show up early before class and register at the front desk.

From the 13th of January we will be back to our normal schedule, however a few classes (9.30am & 7.30pm weekdays) will not return until after Waitangi day. This is due to lower numbers of people practicing over that time. Our Hot 90 classes will also be shortened to 60 minutes while the weather is really hot, we hope this makes it more manageable and supportive for the majority of practitioners. 90 minutes will be back once the weather starts to cool down!
